In the spirit of "going green" we could convert from the old wood chipper and use something a little more eco-friendly like:

Of course think of the methane produced by this little beauty.

Muslim woman in fear after friend 'loses tongue in acid honour attack'

    Adam Fresco, Crime Correspondent

A young Muslim woman has been warned by police that her life is in danger after a male friend lost his tongue in an alleged assault using acid in an apparent “honour attack”.

The Danish Asian man is in a serious but stable condition in hospital after an incident in Leytonstone, East London, three weeks ago. Sulphuric acid is said to have been thrown in his face and he was stabbed twice in the back.

The 24-year-old, being treated in a specialist unit in Essex, is now blind, his tongue has been destroyed and he suffered 90 per cent burns.

The woman, who claims the relationship is an innocent friendship, and the man live in the Asian community of East London, where their relationship is said to have upset her family for bringing dishonour on them.

Scotland Yard have issued what is known as an “Osman warning” — telling the woman that there is a threat to her life
I can't see him living much longer. A mercyful release.

I want to be King. Seriously.
None of this "evidence thrown out" crap. If you CAN prove someone is guilty
of murder, rape, ect. you take them out back and spend 25 cents on a bullet.
    Immediately. Done.

If it's a crime that requires prison, you lock them in a cell and that's where
they stay. No going outside for weight-lifting or basketball- and they damn
sure don't get a softball court or MTV.

I'm all about the fear factor. Criminals today don't fear punishment; and our
lawyers are banking on it. Arg.

Is it just me, or does it seem like there are multiple woodchipper candidates every day? It is really getting to be a sick world out there.

^^^ That sick and much sicker.

I’m surprised the sick b@cth didn’t try to steal the halo off of the kids head.

I guess that’s why most of the prisons are down to standing room only or have by invitation only signs posted.

Scottish Justice Secretary Kenny MacAskill is a good candidate for the wood chipper at the very least he should serve out the rest of Abdel Baset al-Megrahi's life sentence. May they both rot in hell ! Wonder where the Scottish compassion is for the 270 dead is ?

Gads, this things just burns me up. I watched a bit of his "welcome home" party in Libya and it was simply disgraceful.

Greta Van Susteren had a good question... something along the lines of the United States having some sort of jurisdiction over the guy if and when he had finished his incarceration in Scotland, and if so, how did Scotland have the right to pass him directly to Libya without consent from the United States.

It seems very odd to me, in light of what Greta asked, that the United States pretty much passed on the responsibility for trying and incarcerating one of the murderers of more than a hundred Americans to the Scots.

    Unbelievable:

Jogger run over and then stamped on after telling woman to keep dogs under control

A jogger was run down by a car and stamped on after telling a woman to keep her dogs under control, police said today.

The victim, aged 49, was hit by a white Toyota car and while defenceless on the floor with a broken leg was stamped upon by his attacker.

He had been out for a run around 10am yesterday morning on Brighton Road in Oldham, Greater Manchester, when two dogs attacked him.

He tried to stop the animals from biting him, and told the owner of the dogs to keep them under control, police said.

This started a row between the owner of the dogs, a woman, before he carried on with his run.

After jogging for a further three quarters of a mile to Thurston Clough Road, he was struck by the car and assaulted.

The victim has been taken to hospital and will undergo emergency surgery.
A man and a woman have been arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm and remain in police custody for questioning.

Det Sgt John Coleman, of Greater Manchester Police, said: 'This was a frightening attack that has left the victim with potentially life changing injuries.

'I was shocked by the severity of the sustained attack and I am appealing to anyone who saw this car being driven at speed at about the time of attack to come forward, as any information could be vital to finding those responsible for this unprovoked attack.'

i wonder, is that because they've nothing to lose, or because they really don't fear it? they can be pretty brutal on some prisoners. look up deisel therapy and george hensen.
