Lockup,hardware or software issue?

Im having a small issue with my rig,its rock solid stable except for this issue and I think its a software issue but im not sure which is why Im asking you guys.
I can run anything that will stress my system,games,prime and memtest+ for hours and hours no problem at all,system is stable.But SOMETIMES when I open CPUZ or Speedfan especially both at once,my system totally freezes no error message no BSOD nothing,once it even shut down completly all this even with EVERYTHING at stock speeds.Temps are all fine as well everything below 50s

My best bet is that this is indeed a software issue,something with CPUZ or speedfan or both.It only happens when openining one of these two,what do you guys think?
Im thinking of flashing my mobos bios but before I take that risk I need to know if its software causing it cause if it is then I know I wont have to flash bios

Hmm I dont know,his problem seems to come from asus probe and cpuz
mine comes from speedfan and cpuz.Maybe cpuz just doesnt like being run at same time as monitoring software?

It appears there is a software problem when two softwares attempt to get information from a device.

Ohh,thx didnt really understand it thats why.
So the problem lies in CPUZ itself?It cant access sensors while something else is accesing sensors?
