Interesting. That's a tad slower than my 3m 8s time running my e6600 at 3.36 GHz on the DS3 when I was using XP Home (it ran slower under Vista) on the raptor and with 2 X 1g GSkill 6400 at the same timings as above. Yours is just a bit slower, but I'd expect it to be faster given the faster GHz speed. I wonder why? What OS?

^^...and now the watercoolers come along to make me look slow... :sigh:... well, at least mine was 'fast' for a while!
Nice!

My newest score on my new system (see sig) is 3m 12.734s running XP. This is actually slower than my other system despite the faster cpu speed on my new system. That is very interesting, perhaps my on-board video is slowing things down, because otherwise the memory is identical, hmm, maybe not, now that I think about it. I might have had my memory set to 4-4-4-12.
I'll have to give that a shot on this system.
Update: okay 3.11.625 with memory at 4-4-4-12 (I'm still tweaking this system, it's been in a case for less than two days). So the memory had negligible effect.

New work in progress. I could use better ram on this x38.
02.46.082!
Vista 64 bit with the rig below running 3.88. Temps are in the low 30's. With massive voltage it should be able to breeze by 4ghz.

And what bus speed are you running?

I did that one on 430 x 9. It seems like I get similar results even with lower clock speed higher bus speed. I really need better ram!
