    Hehehe... been there, done that, bought the T-shirt it's really not that difficult as all the framework is in a file called...well...the AJAX framework (I guess the creative minds were at work on that one huh). All you have to do is just call a function to load the contents of a page into the contents of a certain object on the page. That's essentially the main principle of AJAX.
