    Name that dog!

Hey guys, we just picked up our new puppy last night. It was kind of spur of the moment, we planned on getting a dog, just not quite this soon. We won't be moving into the new house for a couple of months yet..

Anyways, SHE is a pure-bred English Bulldog, almost 3 months old. Red & White. She had cherry eye on her right eye(that's why it's all red), surgery to fix it just 2 days ago. She also has a skin mite, which is making her face a little more pink then it will normally be.

And don't worry, my wife is a soon to be vet-tech so she's being well taken care of. We almost think of her as a rescue really, because of all the treatment she's getting along with just being a puppy.

The big problem is, she doesn't have a name! Here's some ideas we already have:

    Jubi - Jubilant, a former champion show-bulldog
Tauri - After Taurus, of greek mythology; Tauri is also the name of some of the starts of the constillation Taurus.
Pixel - Saw this on a names list..I like it cause it's Tech-sounding

We need more ideas, so NAME THAT DOG.

    Nuke em'.

Too bad it's a she. With a face like that I'd go with Winston (Winston Churchill). Picture that dog with a cigar and a bowler hat. My appologies to the dog!

I was thinking the very same and scrolled down and saw your post.

Winnie could work, I suppose... though there are a gazillion bulldogs named Winston

The dog: he'd rather go to the off-leash park now that I won't let him pee on Intel units.

    How about Boudica?

A dog could do worse than to be named for the Celtic warrior queen that led a revolt against the Romans in 60 AD.
