    Coretemp is reporting that as the VID?? I have never seen a VID that wasn't a voltage divisible by 0 or 5. Can you post a screenshot of your coretemp please?

    1.300v under load @ stock

    I also have a G0 but with a VID of 1.27
    Normally OC at 4.1 Stable.
    My boss got the G0 for me!

    Stable OC: 3.2GHz at 1.35vcore set in BIOS

    Stock clock...but not for long!

    Not for long at all. 1 hour later and I'm already running this cpu at 3ghz while running DVD Shrink in the background at the lowest voltage my Abit will allow me to manually set, 1.275. CpuZ is reporting voltage at 1.20, Core Temp is reporting voltage at 1.275 though. I don't know what's up with Cpuz. What amazed me the most is how much faster Vista booted up after the oc.

    I think you guys are missing what the original poster is asking (check the first post) - he wants the VID value read from Core Temp - this value doesn't vary under idle/load, it's the programmed default vcore of the chip. You are posting the vcore read from the BIOS which will vary under idle/load conditions - not the same thing.
