Interesting, I got a couple, I was'nt going to and I ended up with a L644A and a L720A. One of them needs to go back. I am working on the L720A and its toasty hot. I think the IHS is not flat. It ran at 40c idle stock speed. Keep in mind my house is warm and I cool a couple GTX's in the same loop. I am at 3.2 right now with 1.4 vcore. Under smp full load its around 66c.
Looks like you have some awesome results there. Maybe I will check out the L644A after all.

Shad, did you rerun sensors-detect after the swap? That temp just doesn't look right to me unless that system is in a room that's 60F or cooler.

Yes I did but I don't think GB is known for accurate sensor readings
