Welcome aboard Ned and Harley. The Swordfishes or at least me will finally be fully on SpinHenge by the end of the weekend.. I had like four days of RS WU's left to run.
Crunching various BOINC projects under the Swordfish username, for the PCPER Froggies.

    Here is where we stand:

It looks like the UB's might have a chance of winning the challenge but it is going to be close. I guess I'd better get 3 DVD players ready just in case.

Looks like the team has at least 7 of the top 20 individual computer RAC spots ATM.

Heh... I wonder if the guys running Spinhenge are scratching their heads over the sudden increase in work done 'nStuff!

On a project like this, our team can really make a dent!

There was a note a year ago when two teams went into a race against each other. I'm sure we still caught them off guard though.

Seems most of my computers are still crunching by expiration date and are working on the cached seti units first.

    The stats:
    http://www.boincstats.com/stats/user...00&or=&ti=1071

    I just did the math:
    I have 801000
    Current credit per day 5200
    20 day left
    20 * 5200 = 104000
    801000 + 104000 = 905000 * %50 = 452500

    UB's have 170000
    Current credit per day 18900
    20 day left
    20 * 18900 = 378000
    170000 + 378000 = 548000

    I need more quads!

Bad news Big red. I`m dropping one of the 3800 dual cores, and replacing it with a Q6600 by the weekend. Let the race begin.

Sounds like a plan to me - I skipped two and went straight to four, but then I'll probably skip 8 and go straight to 16

I'm gonna have a problem when we get to 256 though, and my Linux only supports 255 processors
