    Re: DRAM Antitrust Litigation

Well, here is the BS I received from this effort. I added up my receipts, and it came to $1,766.00. The legal counsel says the vendors say I only bought $321.00. I suppose Micron says I bought 100 or so, and the rest is NEC and Samsung. Tried to call the Project Manager today, no answer. I plan on submitting copies of all the invoices, and that has to be done by April 4th of this year.

I've not received an iota of information since I was notified and gave them what info I could.
An iota is all I would ever expect to receive, too.

I would call them 1-800-930-0057 or miemiec@completeclaimsolutions.com. Remind them they owe you something.

An update(in case anyone still cared):
I haven't heard a dang thing from any of the parties involved, beyond those notifications which I assume were court ordered.

Did you have to give them your social security number by chance?

    Re: DRAM Antitrust Litigation

    Hello everyone -
I came across this forum from my Google search. Today, I received a letter dated April 23,2009. It said that I didn't provide adequate documentation as requested and a search of the Defendants' records was conducted and my final claim total is $2,xxx.00, much less than the $10,xxx.00 I initially claimed.

I never received any 'request for adequate documentation' that expired on 4/4/09. !!!

It's been so long I honestly can't even remember if I sent in a claim.

I got a check today too! $24.99 for a $221 claim. It was a late claim submission as well in Jan 2008, that's almost 2 years ago I don't even remember filing but I found copies of everything in the file cabinet

Well look at that- my check for $19.51 came in today.
One wonder what the heavy hitters on the legal teams took in?
I really did not expect to receive anything.

    Re: DRAM Antitrust Litigation

To be honest $25 is more than I expected. I expect a few dollars at most or some silly coupon for these deals.
