So true, command rate seems to affect memory bandwith the most, makes me wish they made 2 gig modules for DDR 500.That way I would only use 2 slots and stay with 1T instead of using the 4 slots im using now and being forced to run 2T.
Either that or AMD better improve their next memory controller to support 1T no matter how many slots are filled....

The crash has laid bare many unpleasant truths about the United States. One of the most alarming, says a former chief economist of the International Monetary Fund, is that the finance industry has effectively captured our government—a state of affairs that more typically describes emerging markets, and is at the center of many emerging-market crises. If the IMF’s staff could speak freely about the U.S., it would tell us what it tells all countries in this situation: recovery will fail unless we break the financial oligarchy that is blocking essential reform. And if we are to prevent a true depression, we’re running out of time.

i hadn't played much with my set which i've had quite a while now. they been in a via xp cpu board running at 200.

i still had them in the chaintech vfn4 from earlier today. so i gave them a whirl. your definitely right. i'm so use to using the c2 2x512 sets i have that i just assumed the 1gig'r would do the same.

with running the 133 divider they will be running under 217.

that's a newer 185. i'll be interested to see how it does. the old ones didn't do that well.
