    Re: Battlefield 3

don't see why it'd be laggy. bf2 wasn't to my recollection and internet connections have only gotten better.

well the netcode was pretty lame in bc2, but i'm hoping they got that worked out, besides it wasn't dependent on server size, just poor code.

BC2 is exactly why I'm worried about server lag. Last time I played BC2 it still wasn't fixed.

Thank for the reality check Lenny. I would be smart not to get my hope up. Darn you EA

It was gameplay but it looked like single player gameplay so there is no guarantee that prone will be in the multiplayer.

There is some buzz around about that site. Google "direct2play legit". It's not the same as direct2drive. Some say it's a legit site. Others say a scam. Too good to be true? I'm suspicious so I'll probably pass. I'm addicted to Steam anyway

After my experience with prone in BLOPS, I can honestly say that I would actually be happier if it wasn't included... I find myself wishing it wasn't included in BLOPS a LOT more than I wish it was in BC2

    Re: Battlefield 3

So the videos we have seen so far have been single player mode...
My question is... why is there even a single player mode?
Single player is for Bad Company not the Battlefield series.

I wish this was coming out sooner. 6+ months seems so far away.

So some of you get in on the beta since you bought MOH ? I wonder if there will be an open beta as well.

Only if the beta opens less then a year after MOH was released. That still remains to be seen
