Seeing as I played far more 2142 than bf2, there was no raping. 2142 was a more balanced game, so I could see people that used the rapist guns in bf2 not liking 2142. Less rapability.

If it's true and anything like 2142 it will be the bf game to play.
OMG I'd be all over that. I loved BF2142.

Very nice Vid, its been almost two weeks without some Bf3 and no withdrawal symptoms yet. I got a couple round of B2k in but I didn't get to play Wake, fly the F35 or drive the loader.
The few rounds I played did bring back some good BF2 memories though.
p.s. trying to play BF3 on PS3 suxOsoBad!

So i guess they changed something in the latest patch.
When BF3 was released you either killed a guy or you got killed.
However last night I noticed the dreaded old "kill exchange"" from BC2 is back.
Maybe it was just me and my connection to that server last night but, is it back?

Well different weapons have variable bullet velocities so it is conceivable that two people can kill each other at the same time depending on the distance.

yea they definitely changed something. I remember thinking "wow, I never trade anymore like in BC2". Now it happens regularly
