lol, yea probably but there are so many Alpha videos on YouTube.
One thing they need to change is when someone gets revived and the revivee has the choice to accept or respawn, their player looks alive in the prone position. They should change it so that you choose to wait for a revive or wait to respawn... once revived you are revived end of story. I don't like the revive then lay there for a few secs and decide if you want to accept the revive or not.

    Thumbs up Re: Battlefield 3

    Yeah! They have prone!!!

And it looks like they've got a turtle mode to combat dolphin divers.

    Sweet.

If anyone has a spare invite to the alpha / beta, I'd love to have one.

I might not be #1 BF fan boy but I think COD < BF series.

I don't know how they selected the recipients of the alpha keys. I have most of the BF games, but EA only recognized me as a level 1 veteran. Maybe it's an age thing.

It's a team game. You die, your team looses a ticket. It shouldn't be an option!

Perhaps they should apply some COD elements to the game. If you're down, you can skip last man standing to do a quick respawn.

The video did look funny though - invincible mode might be useful for capturing bases!

(I do get annoyed when team mates try to revive you when you don't have a chance to get up and jump for cover.)

Is there a timer somewhere to count the seconds till end of October???

    Re: Battlefield 3

I just checked my veteran status. I have BF2, BF2142 and BC2 registered. Not sure how the math works but that gives me a veteran rank of 2 which is higher than Tom. I'm pre-ordered at newegg but not Amazon. I was NOT however signed up for EA's newsletter until this morning. I did NOT buy MOH.

I wonder what makes the difference. But at least I'm glad to see some of the FF got invites but I'm definitely jelly.

I haven't pre ordered yet, but I also got the first alpha test for MOH too. EA must like me.

    Newsletter may be it.

Invictus? Tom? You guys have the EA newsletter?

    That may be it.

The email offering the key that Zeta posted said something about "your experience etc" so maybe they crosscheck the newsletter subscribers with the registered keys. Who knows.
