They'll talk about squads "later"? It would be a huge step back if there were no squads.

Also I don't like how focused they are (based on that article) on customization. Guns are fine, but I don't care at all about customizing my own uniform. Focus more on the gameplay, kthx. I know that opinion won't be shared by most, but thought I'd throw it out there.

Everything else sounds great; those were my only two gripes about what was there.

My buddy gets game informer and this month was like a bf3 preview or something. they had some screenshots in there. It looked decent. Nothing cutting edge. But the graphics are better then bc2.

Im still excited, though fall seems like its soo far away.

I tried playing BF2 yesterday. My PC doesn't like it. It goes, what is this old game doing on this computer? Then minimizes itself to desktop and then it crashes.

Try setting a custom resolution using the command line parameters. Look at the Command Line section here:

Dude. I am hoping for a pre-load option and I will be taking the week of release off from work.
I will wait and see if the game is any good before considering renting a server. Also I suspect that there will be an abundance of servers during the first month of release.

EA just says "Fall 2011", but the Amazon page says Dec. 31st 2011.

I really hope fall means September.
