Video Card Recommendations Needed for Audio Workstation

I'm going to be building a new Core 2 Duo system on an Asus P5k mobo and running Windows XP Pro.

This system will primarily be used for music production and DAW (Digital Audio Workstation) software like Cubase, Reason, Ableton and VSTs.
Secondary uses will be web browsing, email, and the occasional DVD or DIVX movies.
I do not do any gaming.

I'm looking for a bit of help selecting a video card for my new rig.
The card must be able to support dual monitor setup and up to a 24" monitor.

Ideally, I'd like to spend $50-80 on a video card but I'd consider extending the limit to $100 for a substantially better card.
What I'm looking for is bang for the buck.

Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

Pretty much anything. I would make sure the card only uses onboard VRam, no Hyper cache or turbo cache (uses main memory for frame buffer).
128 MB will be much more than enough. 32MB may be enough for 2 monitors at high resoulution.
Consider a dx 10 card if you will move to vista as it will give the modern desktop.
