Seems to me we have a keeper in COD:WaW if the rest of the MP maps are done this well in the full game.

Seems the stats are kept on a centralized server also.

i'm down for some left4dead demo. might be worth only a couple play throughs since it only has the one map, but it should be fun if we can get another guy or two to pre-order for it.

Anyone else having trouble getting the Left4Dead demo installed on Steam? I get to the Official Demo screen and click 'Install Demo" but nothing happens other than the Steam window refreshing.

you pre-order already? try restarting steam, or check your games list and see if the left4dead demo is on there, might ned to pause downloading and then resume, works for me sometimes.

I'm so loath to pre-purchase games now without a demo. $45 bucks for a game and you have no clue if it's gonna blow. Tried to get into MP on FC2 last night with no luck.

No I have not pre-ordered. I tried to install on my and Buu's computer (2 different steam accounts) with the same results. I click 'Install Demo' and nothing happens. It does NOT appear in My Games as downloading like games normally do

You need to pre-order the game to get the demo. Yeah I know that defeats the whole purpose of a demo
