There ya go...well, I can't complain. I had the Comcast guy here fixing my phone modem. He was just a little blown away at 20 some PC's running and asked to see my speedtest results. We hadn't replaced the surfboard. I'd bought my own several years ago. He was going to see if it needed tweaking....he was real quiet after that!

Here's mine on Cox Cable. Not too bad but I envy those 2000+ upload speeds.

    Re: Got Comcast working

My girlfriends parents have comcast, and while it bursts those insane speeds, it'll drop back to 8.0mbit or so after the first 30mb. I don't like comcast for a couple reasons.. A friend of mine had downloaded ONE 'dubious' file and she got a letter from comcast about it. I've downloaded so much more then one file using verizon and they never do that.

Other is traffic shaping... Some may like it, but eventually they will control the flow of everything you want to do and where you do it from. Comcast could limit your speed to other streaming providers that would compete with their future products. I live in Philly where they built the tallest building in town and they have to cut the bandwidth on pirates... lol
