What is the windows equivalent to ctrl,alt,del?

well, it should be ctrl+alt+del

more importantly ctrl+alt+bkspace restarts ''x'', much faster than an entire reboot, and usually cleans up what ever froze up.

I havent had the time to do any reading on these various distros, just kinda wanted to see how they would preform out of the box .. so to speak.
