Im still curious about McClellan's choice of book publisher. Had I been on the WH staff perhaps I wouldnt have been surprised by the obvious slant
with his book. Anyone really think a Soros backed company would publish a "pro WH" book?

It could be the highest bidder type of thing. Everybody has their price and McClellan is no different. Iíll bet the publisher made an offer McClellan couldnít refuse. Hell the publisher probably wrote the book for him.

He may have simply conceded to his conscious. A book is a great way to do that pending on the situation. Rats DO jump ship, and that burning ship of fools certainly is ablaze.

Nice try...but O'Reilly's books are published by a company that publishes mainly left-wing authors...does that mean the same goes for him as well?

Listening to wing-nut pundit's theorys are warping your mind Jim!!

Today he is their new best friend.

He "was" a "lying weasel" as he admits in his book. He lied for Bush & Friends.

This dude mainly confirmed what everyone already knew but some refused to believe.

There are going to be lots of rats leaving ships, skeletons falling out of closets and that kind of thing in the next few years.

It's more a case of get the memoires out now while they might actually sell, as opposed to two years time when everyone asks: "Who are you again?"

As usual with tell all books they are heavy on accusations and very light on proof.

Contrary to popular belief press secretaries aren’t high enough in the food chain to sit in at every meeting and they aren’t privy to every conversation.

Seemingly McClellan has been adopted by MS-BHO [msnbc] and that leads me to believe he is money hungry and will do or say anything to sell his book.

seems to me that all this can be said of any book that is published.

I'll read it and put the conclusions into their proper perspective without the help of any sheeple blogger left or right.
Thomas Jefferson to John Page Fairfeilds Dec: 25. 1762.
... But the old-fellows say we must read to gain knowledge; and gain knowledge to make us happy and be admired. Mere jargon! Is there any such thing as happiness in this world? No: And as for admiration I am sure the man who powders most, parfumes most, embroiders most, and talks most nonsense, is most admired.

When I wrote "all this" I meant all the comments in the thread. Sorry I wasn't clear.

    Ok but let me add.

About the only time I read blogs is when they are posted here. Not that there is anything wrong with reading them or linking to them. Really I donít see much difference between MSM and blogs when it comes to accuracy and truthfulness in reporting.

I like to think Iím intelligent enough to take a conglomeration of information from various sources and form my own opinions.

But what do I know Iím just a typical, middle class, blue collar ignorant white guy.
