    Talk to trout.
Promote then, as an object of primary importance, institutions for the general diffusion of knowledge. In proportion as the structure of a government gives force to public opinion, it is essential that public opinion should be enlightened.

Smallmouth are fun, any size will do. Try a floating rapala

You fishing ponds, lakes or rivers? I like rivers best.

We'll be fishing hard in a week or two. Rivers are all mostly still blown out from snow melt right now. But did eyeball a couple today that were starting to look real nice, we'll float next weekend, and every chance we get for the next three months. I'm ready!

My tip for today for the noobs.

In China they eat fishheads because fishheads are nutritious.

In fact, in China they eat everything.

I like rivers I wade out and go up and down the river for a while. I got my final one off a Rebel Popper and the first two on a suspending rapala husky jerk. I would kept using it except a giant muskee snapped my line

    Re: Anyone here fish?

They got muskies in PA? Didn't know that. Better get some steel leaders!

Looks like my muskie trip to Wisconsin is cancelled for the year, will have to wait until next year.

I like rivers better than still water. Bought a 12.5 foot raft with rowing/fishing frame last year, my daughter loves that fishing platform. I was kinda hoping I'd get to use that platform but it's almost as much fun to watch/help her as it is to catch them myself. Almost

We'll fish while we float then get out at a few choice spots and wade upstream. Salmon fly hatch is coming real soon, hopefully it'll start up next weekend. Haven't taught the girl how to fly fish yet might have to try this year, but those hooks flying by my head scare me!
