where do you get that thing? it doesn't seem to be part of the full everest install, and i doubt everyone is paying for everest just for that one part, i keep seeing this thing all over and can't seem to find out where to get it.

It's part of the full everest install.
Go to tools and select Cache and Memory Benchmark.
