How do YOU pronounce model numbers?

Just a random thought that occured to me, that not everyone would pronounce model numbers the same, for example, an 8800GT might be to some eighty-eight hundred GT, while to others eight thousand eight hundred GT, or a GTX 280 might be two-eighty to some, but two hundred eighty to others.

How do you pronounce it? And if you're in a country other than the U.S., tell me!


Edit:Also, I use nVidia in this example as they have both 3 and 4 digit model numbers out and about right now.

I generally drop the trailing 00's. Eighty eight gee tee. My old ninety-eight pro all in wonder. My current seventy-nine gee ess. Seems to me the extra zeros aren't even needed. Now if it's say a seventy-nine fifty, I'll say that as it now has some more meaning.

I suppose I'm rather drool! I'm in the majority, according to this poll, but I never considered the fact that someone might pronounce these names differently...
