advice for budget build, with a K9N2G

I'm getting ready to order parts for a low cost system, using this motherboard. The last time I put a computer together, socket A was all the rage. I wanted to make sure that I'm ordering compatible parts.

I'm planning to use this processor, and two sticks of this RAM.

The computer will be used for web and desktop applications, so it doesn't need to be a powerhouse. I also wanted to make sure that 350w Antec Earthforce PSU would be enough to run it. I'll be using the mobo's integrated sound and video, and running WinXP. I doubt the system will ever see more than two hard drives. (only being built with one)

I just wanted to make sure that these parts would work toegether, before I ordered them. Thanks.

    hey,

goin' for something new and shiny.

might as well go with a 2gig set. here's one, $45 and free shipping with a $10 rebate.

I borked the PSU's name. It's an Earthwatts model.

Thanks for the RAM link. Even without the rebate, it comes out cheaper.
