My potential new build

I am going to buy:

CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E7200 2.53GHZ 1066FSB 3MB ($140)
Motherboard: EVGA nForce 750i SLI FTW ($180)
Memory: OCZ 4GB DDR2 PC2-6400 OCZ2VU8004GK ($75)
Video: BFG GeForce 9800 GTX+ 512MB ($235)

I currently have:

Power Supply: Antec Earthwatts 430W ATX12V V2.0 20/24PIN Active PFC 80PLUS 80MM Fan
HD: Western Digital Raptor 74GB SATA 10000RPM, 2x 250GB Maxtor

I'm planning on upgrading my power supply and HD's later on. I live in Canada, so these are Canadian prices. My question is, have I made the right choices? The motherboard supports DDR2 1066 memory, is it worth is to go with 1066 rather than 800?

Ok I've changed my wish list a bit. Can anyone tell me if I'll having any problems/conflicts with this setup:

Ok I'm a little confused. The motherboard has a FSB of 1600/1333MHz. The CPU has a FSB of 1333MHz. What would be the optimal RAM? DDR 800 or 667MHz? Sorry I'm such a noob.

edit...maybe I'll ask about this in the memory section.
