Re: sb_pwr flashing, comp not turning on
The Sb_power led flashing on the motherboard usually indicates that the stand-by power ( 5v) is not in spec probably low. Which would mean that you can't power the board up.
Was it still flashing with different power supply ?
Have you tried taking the mobo out of the chassis and powering it up on a non-conductive surface ? ie a piece of wood or cardboard ( do not use the mobo anti-static bag)
