    Nice to see we have a President who has his priorities straight when it comes to fighting terrorism.

    Out of curiosity did PBO specifically order or approve the strikes? Could it have been the same rules of engagement the bush team was using for years prior?

    By doing exactly what GWB has been doing for years? Odd how that only seems to work for the messiah.

    Really? IIC we've been using missile strikes since "06" or so?? Seems like "years" to me anyway. If someone has the straight poop feel free to clue me in. In any case... I'm not seeing how bamma doing exactly what GWB did shows any change in priorities.

    Hint: Iraq != Pakistan. Extra hint: 2006 != 2003. Extra extra hint: 2006 != 2001.
    Promote then, as an object of primary importance, institutions for the general diffusion of knowledge. In proportion as the structure of a government gives force to public opinion, it is essential that public opinion should be enlightened.

    Still not seeing how bamma simply carrying on GWB's policies represents a "straightening of priorities". Perhaps you could be a lil more descriptive.

    Oh come on GWB "policies"?

    GMAFB, the millitary advises and the Preseident follows up- for , or against.

    This has nothing to do with GWB policies, it has to do with millitary advisement.

    Man some people simply just have no clue, walking around with the CNN bag over their head.

    Re: Obama bombs Pakistan...

    Times of London seems to think it's an extension of GWB's policy also..

    A few questions about President Obama’s first airstrike

    From the Times of London:

    “Missiles fired from suspected US drones killed at least 15 people inside Pakistan today, the first such strikes since Barack Obama became president and a clear sign that the controversial military policy begun by George W Bush has not changed.

    Security officials said the strikes, which saw up to five missiles slam into houses in separate villages, killed seven “foreigners” - a term that usually means al-Qaeda - but locals also said that three children lost their lives. ”
    Reader John has a few questions: “Where are the anti-war liberals? Where are the baby-killer signs? Why [aren't] the major media networks showing pictures of dead children as a result of Pres. Obama’s air strike?”
    Hey, haven’t you heard? CHANGE HAS COME TO AMERICA.
