    IE 8 is very fast

I've used firefox since before its 1.0 days and always preferred it over IE. Just for fun I updated to IE8 RC and I am amazed at how fast pages load. I have not explored any other features yet (except for importing all my FF favorites, which was inredibly simply). I'm curious if others have tried it, what kind of results they've gotten. I can't get too excited by a browser, but I always like speed, and IE8 seems to have it.

One thing I do notice is that it saves all info/cookies,ect of your favorites /bookmarks . that is ok but over time it colects quite a bit using alot of space and disk cleanup will not get rid of it . you either have to manual delete it or uncheck save my favorites

Hey brother, hope you're well. Yeah, I've since been having trouble with it not being able to load adobe flash. Very annoying. But it sure loads pages quickly.

That's probably why it loads pages quickly - it's not loading all the Flash junk that slows down most of the pages on the Interweb

Perhaps Microsoft are boycotting Flash in favour of Silverlight
