Toliman or Kuma for mini HTPC?

Im gonna build a little HTPC,im not sure what CPU im gonna use so I have these options:

1)Use the x3 from my current rig and put a deneb black edition on my main gaming rig

2)Save the money and stick with the x3 for my own rig and just get a kuma for the mini HTPC

So what do you all think?

your gaming rig would benifit form a am3 so a new cpu for that would be nice . I would see about a cheep
AM2 , X2 for the HTPC a you dont need that much for such a rig and I would look at one of the low power AM2s and sell the X3 on ebay .
Are you thinking about the 720 BE for your gaming rig ? That is what I would go with best bang for the buck

I use a 4850e for my HTPC. The Toliman wouldn't be bad for an HTPC, if you underclock it a little bit to reduce heat production.

The main question though, is how bad do you want to upgrade the main rig?
AMD R7 1700x. MSI B350 Tomahawk. 2x8gb Corsair vengeance LPX. Coolermaster Hyper 212 evo. Corsair Carbide 200R. EVGA GTX 970.

Got my first one the first of Feb, cost me 84ish when that one appeared to have issues rma'ed it and reordered to save turn around time and it was 68ish.

Now they're only 60ish and really like mine! Currently doing 3.2GHz in an Asus M3A78-CM.

    W00t.

    Working retail is cool.

AMD is offering me a x3 8650 just like the one I have plus a t-shirt for 45 bucks.I think I might use a toliman afterall,im just worried about the heat since its gonna be a mini ITX mobo. Also worried about Watts consumed, remember its only a 300W psu.

I'm sure you don't mean rewards for not selling Intel products. LOL. Because that would mean AMD has no credibility since they've been in litigation against Intel for that. haha!

I think you meant for retail market employees only. They probably have you learn about AMD products and complete a "class" for which there are rewards?
...Does anybody else feel like Congress simply bailed themselves out? Isn't that what they really mean by a bailout?

Exactly they give you a little flash video training course on new products, which I dont really need,I already know all that stuff and when I need to brush up, Ryans reviews are more then adequate

I did the intel courses as well,I have no problem selling intel even though Im a hardcore AMD fanatic. I just give facts, most of my customers have the misconception that a pentium dual core is better then a athlon or turion and thats not the case.I tell them straight up,you want something good go for either a c2d or an amd.
