    Thumbs up EVGA Precision

This is probably the best overclocking tool I have used

Even has a Sync button to exact match settings for all cards in SLI

    Looks pretty cool too

I disagree. Its great if one wants to adjust all cards at once in SLI, but if SLI is disabled, the settings for only one card are available. It also won't adjust settings for a PhysX card, or cards individually.

The tool tips and hints are nice, but the screen flickers profusely when I move the Precision tool around the screen.

I prefer to use NVidia System Tools. It can be a bit buggy at times though.

It only flickers when I move the window around the lower half of the screen and in a downward motion. The windows installation is less than 4 days old, with the 185 WHQL drivers.
I'm wondering if this has to do with the 64 bit version.
