I bought some stuff from his first sale and nothing came yet... But after I sent payment, he sent several messages after confirming both payment as well as my shipping address. He mentioned that his wife is shipping the items out so not sure if that has anything to do with it. My last message from him was a week ago- on 21st, assuming it was shipped out mon/tues, I'll wait till monday before I do a claim with paypal. -Ken

He also indicated to me in the last PM, after receiving the money, that his wife would be doing the shipping. He even left me Heat, but then there's been no communication. I've also sent emails to both addys listed on Paypal.

At this point I'm not throwing out any accusations, for all I know he may be away from home and not have access to a PC, but at the same time, you can't help but be a little concerned.

If anyone knows this fella, could you let him know that there are several of us that would sure like to hear from him.

Well, I went and filed a dispute...no contact for 5 days is my limit...and not a very good trading practice.

If he can provide tracking info or the item shows up, I will cancel the claim.

if I don't have any contact by Monday, I will turn the dispute into a claim.

Its really a shame, 2 minutes to send off an email could have avoided all this.

Just for the record,I'm not assuming anything at this point, I'm just trying to protect myself anyway I can.

Mine was to be shipped to my office and I've been on vacation, scheduled to return on Monday. I did have a co-worker check for me on Friday afternoon and it had not been delivered at that point, but it probably wouldn't have had enough time to reach me.

I would just like to have some communication so that I'm not left in the dark wondering what the heck is, or isn't, going on.

If anyone knows how to contact this Seller, please ask him to send us an email or PM and update us. I've sent a PM to one of the mods on Friday, asking for help, but I haven't received any response yet.
