I got the same heat...well, since we both paid right away, that makes sense...but, I don't know if you noticed, his heat is inactive....says it has not been activated......so what happened there.....he has 4 evals, so it was active at one time...but not anymore..
I wanted to leave a neg to warn other people, but I cant do it, since it wont let me.....

I wonder if you contact the admin and let them know what is going on, if they will allow you (us) to post? Of course, last time I tried to contact them it took about 3 weeks before they acted upon my request and they never actually communicated with me in any way, so who knows how long it would take.

His name is Kenneth Lepp and he lives in Riverside Michigan....

Fill out the forums and submit it, it takes 5 minutes at best the more reports they receive, the more likely they are to pursue this..so please, get it done, lets stop this guy in his tracks.

I just got an Email back from HEAT.
He reactivated his account so we cold leave him negs.....might save someone else from being scammed

Sorry, i've been keeping an eye on this as it has progressed and I just want to say that he looks like a complete tool. I hope everyone involved gets some resolution and I hope he faces justice. Internet crimes are being taken alot more seriously these days. Best of luck to everyone involved in this!

OK quick update..Paypal will not release any information for security reasons, I can understand that, but I was able to get him to confirm that the acct is in Kenneth Lepps name....

I was instructed to call this number. 408-967-9919 ..this is a police investigation line and that they would take all my info and document what has happened to us , and if they were to call PayPal, they would release the info to them.
Im calling right now, If you guys are still wanting to get your money back or at least get this guy prosecuted, I suggest you call also.
