Windows 7 HP family pack $124.99 at Costco.

This averages out to $41.66 per install. The Costco website says $134.99 but my local store had it for $124.99.

Nice price if you need 3 copies.

What are the limitations? Must they be in the same household, or can I use one at my parent's home out of state, for example?

I don't see why not. Each license is for one computer. I've never seen them state anywhere that the computer has to be in the same household.

Are the $50 Win7 Home Premium Upgrade deals all gone now that's it's been released?

I wish there was a Costco near me.

I picked up the 3 pack Windows 7 HP upgrade from Best Buy last night. Works out well for me. $50.00 a license is a fantastic deal.

Sam's Club has the family Windows 7 Home Premium Upgrade 3-pack in store for $148.

Looks like individual Home Premium Upgrades are going for $115+ at most places. Seems almost pointless to buy only one with such a small price difference.

That what I discovered. I only bought 2 of the $50 prebuys because of the uncertainty about the upgrade process and needed another copy. $120 for one or 3 for $150, no brainer. So I bought the family pack. It only has 1 key but you can use it on 3 systems.

Oh that's good info about there being only 1 key because people were wondering if you could sell the extra copies.

Yes but you can't "upgrade" as in keep all your existing setttings. You need to do a clean install which is very easy to do. Good info in this thread:
