    best memory for non overclock p55 chipset

    looking at going to windows 7 64 bit of course I will need more ram for my system ( my system specs in my pull down ) basicly a p55 chipset w/a I7 860
    looking for 2x2gb DDR3 want low latency , good quailty , ram for a non overclock system running stock speeds

    not sure about which ddr3 to use...windows 7 32-bit...1gb, windows 7 -64bit-2gb mininum...though i would recommend 4gb for 64-bit...

    one thing about windows 7 64bit....flash player has yet been released for explorer on the 64bit....thought you can go to the start menu, and use internet 32bit explorer and flash....internet explorer 32 bit is included with 64 bit windows 7 on the start menu list

    Imho, cant beat Kingston value ram for the price and quality. Kingston is one of only a few manufacturers that seem to stick to the jedec standards rigidly meaning it will perform perfectly at its rated timings without the need for fancy heatspreaders or having to bump up voltages. Their performance range of HyperX modules have a good rep among friends here too.

    I have nothing against Kingston, I personally went with Crucial's standard memory on my build, as I don't overclock and don't have a problem with it and the memory I'm running is at JEDEC specs and works quite nicely.

    i bought some gskill...and seems to work okay....1600.
