And also...isnt the game rated mature??? Wouldnt that mean kids couldnt buy it anyway? And if not, wouldnt a rating change fix the whole issue?

The role of the enemy hasn't changed, only the semantics. From the Medal of Honor website today:

However, we have also received feedback from friends and families of fallen soldiers who have expressed concern over the inclusion of the Taliban in the multiplayer portion of our game. This is a very important voice to the Medal of Honor team. This is a voice that has earned the right to be listened to. It is a voice that we care deeply about. Because of this, and because the heartbeat of Medal of Honor has always resided in the reverence for American and Allied soldiers, we have decided to rename the opposing team in Medal of Honor multiplayer from Taliban to Opposing Force.

I guess the rename made it easier for some to accept on a conscious level, and I'm convinced that the decision was driven purely and primarily by economics, and respect for the fallen secondary.

Just tried the Beta Multi....

Overall, horrible.

Game is identical to BC2 with small maps and LOTS of choke points. I played for about 20-30 min with no intentions to ever touch it again.

But will try the full game I guess, don't have a choice I got it as a present...
