Re: For PCPer Readers: Great deal on hosting from CloudWeb!

I have been billed 300 dollars, this needs to be fixed immediately, if it hits my account I am royally screwed over and may be unable to pay veterinary bills for my service dog, which will irreparably damage my relationship with my veterinarian.

    The invoice was for wolvenmoon.net.

Charge was voided quickly, customer support is responsive. Watch your checkout carefully.

    Windrunner,

Sorry about your trouble, and I can see everything was taken care of very quickly, within a few minutes actually. I have a feeling the problem was due to you signing up earlier, then actually completing your order for services at a later time as I do not see the coupon code in your order at all.

So far no other orders have come through with your problem, so I can only assume this was why it happened. The direct link in the earlier post contains the coupon code that is used.

Customer Service has been great with me. I have asked a variety of questions now and they have been very quick and on point. Good luck getting that kind of service with someone like 1and1

Tough break WindRunner. I did the checkout process, then put in the coupon code and it dropped to $1.

Yes, we use Softaculous which is an auto-installer and manager of over 140 different scripts including Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal, etc.

I'm new here, so bear with me. I see the last post is almost 4 years ago. But, with it still being a "Sticky" and up top, is this "deal" still active? I'm looking to create and maybe move an existing site. Thanks.

Don't pay any attention to the stickies on this forum. They are all hopelessly out of date, across all sub-forums. It's really quite sad.
