I have been billed 300 dollars, this needs to be fixed immediately, if it hits my account I am royally screwed over and may be unable to pay veterinary bills for my service dog, which will irreparably damage my relationship with my veterinarian.

Sorry about your trouble, and I can see everything was taken care of very quickly, within a few minutes actually. I have a feeling the problem was due to you signing up earlier, then actually completing your order for services at a later time as I do not see the coupon code in your order at all.

So far no other orders have come through with your problem, so I can only assume this was why it happened. The direct link in the earlier post contains the coupon code that is used.

Customer Service has been great with me. I have asked a variety of questions now and they have been very quick and on point. Good luck getting that kind of service with someone like 1and1
