to start i have an AMD Athlon 1.26 GHz (socket A) processor ( i am fairly certain) and my motherboard is a GA-7VAX-A (again i am very sure thats what it is) and i'm trying to see what new AMD processors can fit onto m motherboard. oh and one more thing...my graphics cards are 2x
Radeon 9550 X 1050 (i hope thats written properly) and I would like to upgade that as well but i don't know where to begin on what will fit and such..
any help would mean that you are a wonderful human being and there is a spot in heaven marked VIP and your name next to it!!!
Unfortunately you are not going to get very far on a socket A.That is about 3-4 generations old and you would be better off saving for a completely new rig.
