Refuse Delivery Question

I accidentally mixed up shipping two ebay items. Apparently one of the customers is local, but his item got sent to indiana.

Can I have the guy in indiana refuse delivery so that it would be sent back? Do I get billed double shipping costs if that happens?

You might get billed... that is the guy is not an idiot and takes the item and finds out it isnt the right, but keeps it and puts negative feedback, then you're screwed both ways.
