Probably longer than that, as when the name change came about from AMDMB, I do believe we all had to re-register. Anyone else recall that?

Good to hear buddy! Was always a solid CPU

I'm doing well, just moved (I hate doing it!) but it's for the better. Been out of the tech scene for a while now. Made the switch to Mac about a year ago, that was all she wrote, haha.

I'm happy with the platform though. Especially for the reason I bought it, music production.

I remember that. It kinda pissed me off as I almost had the prerequisite number of posts to become a member of the site when it went down. It was a low number of posts, but at the time it was big (to me). Anyone remember K7M.com? http://www.k7m.com/

The via kt133 chipset at that. Hell I was still running a system with a via mvp3 chipset (socket 7)

And they don't miss me either.

Yeah. When I joined I had just built an Athlon systtem. Think it was a 1700+ or something?

Had an Epox board which I loved. Think it was a KT133 chipset too.

Me too mine was a 1.2 thunder chicken. I soon changed to a Abit KT7A Raid board with a Via kt133a chipset. When the xp2100 where released I snatched up one of them and jammed in there. That system still runs today as a file server. And it runs great.

I'm still loyal to AMD. I've only owned one or two Intel processors and the last one was a 486SX-25
