Firefox performs worst on its own browser benchmark

How embarrassing- still- quite an interesting method to draw to your name

I notice how much faster Opera is over FF. But it still sucks.

I've preferred Google Chrome over both Firefox and IE for quite a long time (pretty much since it came out... was using mostly FF until then). Still have all of those browsers installed though (use each one of them every once in a while). Chrome seems to be the fastest starter of all the browsers to start from zip and Firefox is easily the slowest (opening a 2nd browser of any one browser is always pretty fast).
Opera I haven't used in a while though, except on some mobile devices.

I used to love opera, but it would always choke up on https sites.

Here is the link - http://www.theinquirer.net/inquirer/...wser-benchmark

I have used Opera for a long time and yes sometimes it crashes - but it has gotten much faster and seems to be less unstable, the latest patch did indeed take the speed past chrome
Chrome is okay -kinda like a stripped down browser

i'd use chrome but it's seriously lacking.

if you have a lot of bookmarks and like using a sidebar chrome is just not functional yet.

firefox is slow though, and if left running too long it starts freezing up randomly and eats up tons of memory.

I loved how fast Opera was, but I went back to FF because it didn't crash constantly.
