I imagine a good 15-20% wont like him him because of his views.

I know i wont be voting for him. Though people seem to forget, Harding entered the convention with only 6% of the delegates. Yet after the brokered convention, came out the winner.

Is this same kind of Invictus surprise, like when you told us that Ron Paul would win Iowa? Or when you said Ron Paul had won Maine but Romney stole the election?

Its really a matter of whether or not the evangelicals who think Mormonism is a cult are going to show up to vote for Romney. Its a problem for Romney any way you look at it. BO has higher support from evangelicals now than he has ever had. Romney is going to need Bush-ian level evangelical turnout, close the gender gap to 5 points or so, and hope that minorities stay home. If that happens, he'll win. I give him about a 10% shot.

And none of that takes into consideration the pet-lover crowd....I know a couple of women who won't vote for Romney simply because of the dog-on-top-of-the-car incident. Dude's got a lot of obstacles in front of him.

If I had to bet my life on it right now, I'd say Obama is gonna win by well over 100 electoral votes. I'd say more but I'm pretty sure Rubio is gonna be the veep and he'll probably help Romney carry Florida.

^^^ I'd put the evangelicals for Obama on par with the Black Liberation Theologists for Romney. You're talking small potatoes here. Too small for french fries.

We can all put forward some anecdotal examples. I'd raise your disgruntled dog lovers against Romney with half a dozen tree hugging liberals who think Obambi has failed them.

Its gonna be about which one gets the most people to the voting booth and which one leaves the most disgruntled and lacking of enthusiasm.

Obambi is betting on a phony race war, a phony war against women and the phony millionaire's tax is gonna save us crap. Romney will be talking about dollars and sense. I'm thinkin' sanity will win this one, but it could get foiled by the give me some free shit crowd.

    100 electoral votes! That's rich.

It'll be a squeaker either way.

I remember the similar guesstimates going into the mid-terms that led to your party's thinning of historical proportions. Bamma's reelection campaign reeks of desperation and none of his distractions are working. His "strategy" in a nutshell:

The only polls this has helped in are the ones where (D)'s are over sampled by 11%. And even with that he only hits 50% approval.

But if you are that sure of yourself DAV can always use a donation... ready to pony up a bet thread yet? Bamma's gonna get a thumping of epic proportions and I'd be willing to put my hard earned smack up to get yours in the pockets of some deserving vets.

What say ye? Consider the gauntlet tossed libtards. Scooter the centrist is calling all you extremists out! EBT card cash advances do not qualify.

Dog on top of the car incident? Lol, I'll have to look that one up as apparently I missed it.

Edit: Lol, ok, that was one of the stranger stories I've read. Imo though Romeny made the right choice putting the dog on the roof. The story goes on to say that the dog had diarrhea and let loose all over the roof of the car. Imagine if he was inside the car!

I had to look it up as well. Proof the bamma surrogates are on message... I typed "romney" in the chrome browser and it auto filled "dog roof" to the rest.

Gotta ask... what's the point of skewed polls? Do the pollsters think that by presenting false junk they're gonna sway people that wanna "be with the winner"?

I'm sure there's some reasoning behind it, but just don't get it.

Maybe its just busy work to create a preferred headline.

Speakin' of dogs, how come we don't see Obambi with his dog anymore? Didn't he buy some uber-rare show dog and parade it about for awhile?

    No more.

Maybe the pooch will be back for the re-election campaign.
