Samsung spinpoint F4 SMART attribute Program_Fail_Cnt_Total huge reading

I have a couple of new Samsung Spinpoint F4 HD204UI drives. After less than 2 days it has a weird (and huge!) reading on one of the SMART attributes: Program_Fail_Cnt_Total:

Does anyone know what that attribute is for? I can only find a post on a swedish forum, feeling uneasy about a "high number" of ~12.000 for the attribute.
I have a reading of 45.000.000
Do I need to worry?

First disable S.M.A.R.T. in the bios then download the Seagate utilities from their web site and check your drive.

I don't know anyone that has had much success using S.M.A.R.T.

yep i agree had a wd it said was dying is still here 5 years on
