^^^ Give the guy a break... he wasn't informed...
According to the White House calendar, there is no public record of President Barack Obama attending his daily intelligence briefing--known as the Presidential Daily Brief (PDB)--in the week leading up to the attacks on the U.S. embassy in Cairo and the murder of U.S. Libyan Ambassador Chris Stevens and three American members of his staff,
He wasn't warned that the anniversary of 9-11 was coming.

Busy schedule. No time for this kinda shlt.

I'm changing my mind. Maybe the protesters being mad about the movie was just a ruse.

    Speaking of movies...

    Compare and contrast.

You probably heard Obambi's response to the crap in Egypt and Libya. Now read how he addressed a movie:
“It should say enough about D’Souza’s credibility that a movie catering to the Tea Party attacks someone for allegedly ‘anti-colonial’ views. His attempts to hide his lies behind pseudo-scholarly presentation and glossy production values cannot withstand basic scrutiny. The facts show that 2016: Obama’s America is nothing more than an insidious attempt to dishonestly smear the President by giving intellectual cover to the worst in subterranean conspiracy theories and false, partisan attacks.”

Glossy production values? The White House reviewing movies now?

"It's full of crap but at least it has glossy production values!"

The Middle East is going to hell. Tensions between the US and Muslim world are at an all time high. There was a time when murdering an ambassador was considered an act of war. And what is our brilliant, young, ubersmart president doing today?

Obama spin: Romney shoots first and aims later.

Obama needs a focus group to find his gun

Keven, so we are suppose to start another war because an ambassador and some of his staff were killed ? what just lob a 100 cruise missiles at Lybia ? this is the exact mentality that gets this country in trouble. Romney wants what ? to bloody someone's nose when we don't even know who did the attack ?

This is why Romney will fail, he is full of bs, no way is he capable of steering this country properly. Ryan is even worse.

This is the first I've heard of anyone suggesting we go to war over this.

    In your post.

    Just sayin'...

Oh wow, good one. You got me.

No, I wasn't implying we should go to war with Libya.

But, firing cruise missiles at tactical targets in Libya is a good idea.

Bill Clinton was fond of firing cruise missiles as a lighter form of reciprocity than boots and the ground and it seemed to work pretty well.

And, I'm flattered, but I have no effect on whatever Mitt Romney does. Sorry, but if he's elected President, I won't be National Security Adviser. So, your implication that my personal opinions are indicative of what Romney would do is hilarious.

Keven was absolutely correct in saying that an attack on an embassy is an "act of war". That's not the same as going to war. Like I said earlier, your suggestion was the first I'd heard it mentioned. Anywhere.

Wars have been started for a lot less provocative things than attacking the embassy and killing 4 members of the diplomatic attache.

Again, not suggesting we go to war with Libya, but just saying.

And, it's kind of a hilarious idea that I would be pro-war considering I was the only person here who was against Obama intervening in the anti-Gaddafi insurgency in Libya. I think even Scooter admitted (when pressed by BD as I recall) that Obama was doing the right thing by sending the drones and F-16s over Libya.

^^^ Nah, I wouldn't put you in the "hawk" column either.

    And I misused the "Squirrel!!!"

    Apologies to the squirrel.
