MIVE + Intel SSD = classpnp.sys error ?
So long story short, I upgraded my system last week and have spent the last week trying to get Windows installed. I've eleminated all the prevous problem, but I now stumped on this one ...
It would seem that as soon as I install the Intel RST drivers I get the classpnp.sys error. The computer boots fine without them, but I of course can't run the system without them and be using the RAID5 array with proper setup.
This was determined by installing the latest RST driver with the F6 option during Win7 setup. The system is now stuck.
If I don't install any RST drivers, I can restart and load up everything else fine, but as soon as the RST drivers are installled, the system gets stuck.
Any ideas as to why the RST driver would be causing the system to stall would be great.
Bios was set to factory default, hot plug is enabled for the ssd. Cables have been switch ( no difference), SSD is in the 6gb ports while the 4 samsung drives are plugged in to the four 3gb ports. Windows SP1 is being used and RST 10.1 drivers.
