W7 Will not boot past Start Screen

On a new build I can not always boot past the Windows Starting screen.

After 2 or 3 restarts it will boot.

Thinking it might be a HDD problem I removed all of the raid drives and put in a new single drive and did a new install.

Unfortunately I still have the same problem.

I pulled my 2 295's out and installed a 470 to no avail.

Let mem-test run all night and no errors.

Ran the W7 disk repair and found no errors.

BIOS is running the latest greatest version.

All drivers have been reinstalled.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Well, I fixed the problem.

When I first built the computer I had set all of the SATA ports to AHCI.

But, the 6G ports had set the HDDs to raid

Once I figured that out and cleared the RAID stuff from the drives all worked and booted.

I was attacked last night.. Now windows starts, then flashes blue screen with stuff i cant read cause it goes so fast, shuts down & reboots to repair system.
I have tried..
Bootrec.exe /fixmbr
/fixreboot
/ReBuildBcd
0 instalations found?
Then restore & same thing, over & over..
Restore now hangs for hours..

Wipe and reload a fresh os. In this case do not do the restore.
