just got an email today from codemasters informing me about a data breach on their website which occurred last friday june 3rd. no credit card information were taken as they use a 3rd party processor but login information and personal data were taken. their site is down temporarily and visitors are forwarded to their facebook page.

it seems epic's website also got hit. im starting to think game companies have found a new way for free publicity.
