case like Lian Li PC-Q07 only taller with two external drive bays?

Very limited depth on my desk's shelf for a PC. The footprint of the Lian Li PC-Q07 is a perfect fit:

(W)193mm x (H)290mm x (D)208mm

But I need two (2) external drive bays and the Lian Li Q07 offers only one (1).

Does anyone make a case with that same small footprint, only a little bit taller or a little bit wider, with two external drive bays? The depth can be as much as 11" (280mm) and the width can be as wide as 12" (~305mm).

Is there a good external gpu that would work with my laptop, I heard on PC Per some time ago (can't remember which episode) someone recommend an external gpu.
