Never argue with idiots, they will drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.
Sorry, 3 computors, 2 on Win7, one on XP connected through DLink 625. Have also tried resetting router to defaults.
How no problem accessing other sites. Just ebay and occasionly have trouble connecting to links.

Is DNS relay active on the router? If so, try disabling it.
Sorry for the delay in responding just got home from work.
Do not understand DNS relay active.
Wife was able to try and connect through a neighbors router with her laptop and it was still getting the same response. Am also going to try to go directly through the modem and see what happens.
Don't know if this has anything to do with it but we had a big power outage here a week ago and this seemed to start right after that.

Just finished test. Am able to access ebay through my desktop if I connect directly to the cable modem.
Rebooted all hardware, desktop, cable modem and router. Even tried a reset of the router again.
Again it appears that all other websites are accessable.

DNS relay is a setting on the router that has the router intercept DNS requests from computers behind the router and forwards them to the outside DNS servers.
Sometimes the Relay is too slow to prevent the DNS requests from timing out.
Problem resolved. Router resets differently than my old one.
