corsair memory whats the difference in these 2

hey guys could you please tell me the difference in these 2 sets of ram, specs seem the same, any thoughts on which to get. thanks alot

looking at the specs from the corsair website after searching both sets it seem the first link (blue one) is a "black" heat spreader, and the 2nd link is a "dominator" heat spreader but both use the same memory stick. Just different spreaders. Any one better than the other?

EDIT!!! maybe not on the spreader when you search just a single stick of the 2nd like and not the set it days its a "black" spreader so i dont see the difference
