I've been to the Honda plant in Marysville Ohio a couple of times. The plant was very nice, and the workers were treated very well. At the time their wages were lower than what workers in the big 3 were making, but still very ample wages, and if they might actually be making more money than a UAW worker if their wages haven't dropped since I was last there.
I don't know about Hyundai, Toyota, and Nissan, but I have heard much of the same about Toyota in regards to employee treatment.
